Jeep’s 2025 Grand Wagoneer truly is the top of the mountain when it comes to luxury in a full-size SUV. The 7-8 seat vehicle offers a spacious interior and superior luxury, all with a smooth and comfortable ride in the city and on the highway. Of course, being Jeep, the Grand Wagoneer also shines in its towing capacity and off-road maneuvering.
Interior Comfort
When it comes to luxury and comfort, Jeep has pulled out all the stops with the Grand Wagoneer’s interior. Its three-row seat arrangement offers ample head and legroom for adults in all three rows. The second row comes standard with two bucket seats but can be replaced with a bench seat to boost seating capacity from 7 to 8. A third-row power-reclining backrest and skylight are also available.
Leather seats are standard, as are heated, ventilated, and massaging front-row seats and heated second-row seats. Up front, you will find options for real walnut or aluminum trim and several screens for navigation and infotainment, including a passenger-side screen.
Cargo and Towing Capacity
The Grand Wagoneer is not just a people mover. The cargo capacity in the SUV is impressively spacious. The cargo volume behind the third row is 27.4 cubic feet. With the second and third-row seats folded, the maximum cargo volume increases to 94.2 cubic feet. Towing capacity is impressive as well, at 8,200 pounds.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
The Grand Wagoneer has a Hurricane twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Together they provide 510 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque, giving the Grand Wagoneer a lot of passing power and towing strength. Jeep’s Quadra-Drive II four-wheel drive system is standard in all trims, as are its 22-inch wheels. On the highway and around town, the ride is smooth and comfortable and the cabin is well insulated from outside noise.
Infotainment and Connectivity
The Grand Wagoneer has a multifaceted infotainment system with multiple screens. A 12.0-inch touchscreen is the centerpiece of the infotainment system, with a 10.3-inch passenger-side touchscreen which also has audio and navigation controls and can stream entertainment. Infotainment screens are also available for the second and third rows.
A McIntosh 19-speaker audio system is standard with an upgrade to a 1375-watt unit with 23 speakers available in higher trims. Other standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charger, a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, multiple USB ports in all rows, and Sirius XM with 360L AM/FM/HD/Satellite.
